NOTICE O MUNICIPAL ELECTION
NOTICE 15 EREBY GIVEN, that the
General City Election to be held in and
for the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will be
held on Tuesday, the 3rd day of Novem-
ber, 1987, on which day polls will be open
from Noon until 8:00 o'clock P.M. at the
following designated Polling Place:
Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone,
Chubbuck, Idaho.
In order to vote at this election, each
voter must meet the following require-
ments: 1) He must be at leat 18 years of
age; 2) He must be a citizen of the United
States; 3) He must be a bona fide
resident of this city at least thirty (30)
days preceding the election; 4) He must
have registered for the election or must
have voted in a general city election
within the past four years.
(NOTE: However, if a voter has moved
from the precinct where he last regis-
tered or voted in the last general munici-
pal election, he must re -register.)
Municipal Electors may register during
regular business hours on each day ex-
cept Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays
until and including Friday, 10 days pre-
ceding the election date. On Friday,
October 23, 1987, 10 days preceding the
above noticed election, electors may re-
gister at the City Clerk's office until 6:00
p.m. The names of the Registrar, or
Deputy Registrars, and places of regis-
tration are as follows: Ron C. Conlin,
Registrar; Myrna L. Crapo and Colleen
R. Wood, Deputy Registrars at the City
Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That she
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
to -Wit:

That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly published
