NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
LAND USE AND DEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use and Development Commis-
sion of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho will
conauct a public tiearing at 8:00 prn,
February 7, 1991, at the Chubbuck City
Office, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to the
following item:
1. A proposal by Idaho 6 -Clark Limited
partnership, 5990 Greenwood Plaza
Blvd., N0300 Englewood, Colorado for
a conditional use permit to allow re-
placement of the existing tower with a
new tower to the south of the existing
tower to the approved height of 349' at
146 Laurel. Property is presently zoned
General Commercial (C-2) and Indus-
trial (1).
A COPY OF THE APPLICATION IS ON
FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR YOU
TO REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY MUST BE
SUBMITTED 3 DAYS PRIOR TO
HEARINGS.
YOU MAY APPEAL IN WRITING THE
DECISION OF THE LAND USE
BOARD TO THE CITY COUNCIL
WITHIN 25 DAYS OF THE LAND USE
MEETING.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing item, and at
the time indicated will be given an op-
portunity to be heard in support of or in
opposition to the proposal.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,

in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the publication
