County of Bannock ORDINANCE NO. 330 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, ANNEXING CERTAIN LANDS TO BE INCLUD- ED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES AND JURISDICTIONAL LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO; SPECIFYING THE ZON- ING CLASSIFICATION WHICH SHALL BE APPLIED TO SAID LANDS NEWLY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK; DI- RECTING THE CHUBBUCK CITY CLERK TO COMPLY WITH THE FILING REQUIREMENTS CON- TAINED IN IDAHO CODE SEC- TION 63-2215; REPEALING PRIOR CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR THE SEVERA- BILITY OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ORDINANCE; AND PROVID- ING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAY- OR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO: Section 1: Annexation. The following described lands, located within Ban- nock County and contiguous to the existing boundaries of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho are hereby an- nexed and included within the boundaries and jurisdictional limits of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho: HERITAGE WEST NO. 2 (Area to Annexed into the City of Chubbuck) A TRACT OF LAND IN THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SEC- TION 4, TOWNSHIP 6 SOUTH, RANGE 34 EAST, BOISE MERIDI- AN, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE SOUTH- WEST CORNER OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 6 SOUTH, RANGE 34 EAST, BOISE MERIDIAN; THENCE SOUTH 89051'04" EAST FOR A DISTANCE OF 1323.03 FEET TO THE WEST 1/16TH COR- NER ON THE SOUTH LINE OF SECTION 4; THENCE CONTINU.
