County of Bannock URDiNANCE NO. 343 CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, AMENDING SEC- TION 6.04.170 OF THE CHUBBUCK MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE THE FEES CHARGE; REPEALING PRIOR CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PRO- VIDING FOR THE SEVERABILITY OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ORDI- NANCE; PROVIDING THAT ALL OTHER SECTIONS AND PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 6.04 NOT HEREIN AMENDED SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT; AND PROVID- ING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO: Section 1. Section 6.04.170 of the Chubbuck Municipal Code is Amended as follows: 6.40.170 License - Fee. A Applications for a day care provider's license shall be accompanied by: $45.00 Fee for any fire and building code checks; any local criminal history checks; and administrative costs, plus Variable Fee charged for health checks by Southeastern Idaho District Health Department, plus Variable Fee charged by other govern- mental organizations for state and na- tional criminal history checks of pro- vider, regular volunteers with unsuper- vised contact with children, and resi- dents age twelve or living at the loca- tion where day care is provided, who have not continuously resided in or worked in Bannock County for three years preceding the date of application, Vus ariabfe Any necessary zoning compli- ance costs. S. Applications for a day careem- ployee's license shall be accompanied by: $15.00 Fee for local criminal history checks; and administrative costs, plus Variable Fee charged by other govern- mental organizations for state and na- tional criminal checks history checks if employee has not continuously resided in or worked in Bannock County for three years preceding the date of appli- cation. C. Fees for license renewals shall be the same as for initial applications un- less other governmental entities have increased their fees charged. However, no renewal fee shall be charged for state and national criminal history checks unless those checks are made because a person has continuously re- sided outside of the state of Idaho for any period since the original criminal history check was completed. D. Any day care provider licensed by the State of Idaho at the time of pas- sage of this chapter shall still be re- quired to have a license issued pursu- ant to this chapter; however the fees set forth in section 6.04.170 shall be waived. Notwithstanding anything else set forth in this chapter 6, the initial license issued pursuant to this chapter to any day care provider that is licensed by the State of Idaho at the time of this chapter shall expire at the same time the state license expires.
