AN ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO, VACATING A
PORTION OF THE PLAT
OF AERO PARK SUBDI-
VISION, A SUBDIVISION
TO BANNOCK COUNTY,
IDAHO; REPEALING
PRIOR CONFLICTING
ORDINANCES; PROVID-
ING FOR THE SEVERA-
BILITY OF THE PROVI-
SIONS OF THIS ORDI-
NANCE; AND PROVID-
ING WHEN THIS ORDI-
NANCE SHALL BECOME
EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY
THE MAYOR AND
COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
Section 1. Vacation. The
following described
portions of Aero Park
Subdivision and Talbot
Drive within said sub-
division are vacated:
Lots 1, 2, and 3 and
all of Talbot Drive lying
South of a line extended
west from the Southern
Boundary of Lot 16 of
Aero Park Subdivision,
said extended line running
to the west edge of Talbot
Drive.

CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO, this 12th day of
January, 1993.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
