SECTION 1. Property.
Property affected by
change of Comprehensive
Plan.
All of the NE1/4 of Section
11, Township 6 South
Range 34 E.B.M. lying
East of Interstate 15.
SECTION 2. Change of
Comprehensive Plan.
Following full public hear-
ings, the Mayor and
Council find, and therefore
declare, that the land use
pattern prescribed by the
City's Comprehensive
Plan for the above-
described property, should
be, and hereby is,
changed from Single
Family Residential (R-1)
to General Commercial
(C-2).

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That she
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL., a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL., on the following dates,
to -wit:
