HomeMy WebLinkAbout02 18 1993 Ord. 392STATE OF IDAHO County of Bannock CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO ORDINANCE NO. 392 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, PROVIDING FOR CHANGES IN THE LAND USE PATTERN PRE- SCRIBED IN THE CITY'S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, WITH RESPECT TO CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE BOUND- ARIES OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, LY€NG j EAST OF INTERSTATE 15, LOCATED IN THE NEIA, SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 6 SOUTH, RANGE 34 E.B.M., FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R-1) TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL (C-2); PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF LAND USE DISTRICT WITH RE- SPECT TO CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK. LOCATED IN THE NIA NWIA NWIA. SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 6 SOUTH, RANGE 34 E.B.M., FROM Agriculture A) TO Limited Residential (R-2); PROVIDING FOR CHANGES IN THE LAND USE PATTERN PRE- SCRIBED IN THE CITY'S COMPREHENSIVE. PLAN; DECLARING THAT THE CITY COUN- CIL FINDS THAT SUCH CHANGE IN LAND USE DISTRICT IS COMPAT- IBLE WITH THE ALTER- ATIONS MADE IN THE LAND USE PATTERN PRESCRIBED BY THE CITY'S COMPREHEN- SIVE PLAN; AND PRO- VIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE. BE iT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO: Tract 1 (Hancock) SECTION 1. Property. Property affected by change of Comprehensive Plan. All of the NE1/4 of Section 11, Township 6 South Range 34 E.B.M. lying East of Interstate 15. SECTION 2. Change of Comprehensive Plan. Following full public hear- ings, the Mayor and Council find, and therefore declare, that the land use pattern prescribed by the City's Comprehensive Plan for the above- described property, should be, and hereby is, changed from Single Family Residential (R-1) to General Commercial (C-2). LORI A SEKOT being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That she was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO STATE JOURNAL., a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
