THE SEVERABILITY
OF THE PROVISIONS
OF THIS ORDINANCE;
AND PROVIDING
WHEN THIS ORDI-
NANCE SHALL BE-
COME EFFECTIVE.

THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, IDA-
HO:
Section 1. New Section
15.04.050. The follow-
ing Section 15.04.050 is
added to the Chubbuck
Municipal Code:
15.04.050 Hours of op-
eration. All construction
in or contiguous to resi-
dential neighbors shall
be carried on between the
hours of six a.m. and ten
p.m. from Memorial Day to
Labor Day, and the rest of
the year from seven
a.mand 9 p.m. except as
tas otherwise specified
elsewhere in this code.
The City Building Office
may authorize opera-
tions at other hours only
if it is shown that re-
stricting the hours of op-
eration would unduly in-
terfere with the develop-
ment of the property,
there is a need to do
such operations at other
times due to such fac-
tors as weather or avail-
ability of labor or build-
ing materials, or if it is
shown that the neigh-
boring properties would
not be adversely affect-
ed.
