ORDINANCE NO. 357
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, ADDING
SECTION 15.36.060 TO THE CHUB -
SUCK MUNICIPAL CODE TO RE-
QUIRE MOBILE HOME PARK
OWNERS AND OPERATORS TO
NOTIFY THE CITY BUILDING
DEPARTMENT WITHIN FIVE (5)
DAYS OF A UNIT MOVING INTO
THAT PARK; REPEALING
PRIOR CONFLICTING ORDI-
NANCES; PROVIDING FOR THE
SEVERABILITY OF THE PROVI-
SIONS OF THIS ORDINANCE;
PROVIDING THAT ALL OTHER
SECTIONS AND PROVISIONS OF
CHAPTER 15.36 NOT HEREIN
AMENDED SHALL REMAIN IN
FULL FORCE AND EFFECT;
AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS
ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME
EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
.MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
Section 1. Adding Section 15.36.060.
The following Section 15.36.060 is
added to the Chubnuck Municipal
Code:
15.36.060 Notification. The owner or
manager of any mobile home park
(production building cluster ar-
rangement) or of any lot upon
which a production building is
placed for permanent occupancy
shall notify the City Building De-
partment, in writing, within five (5)
working days of the installation of
any production building which will
occupy the lot or space.

THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO, this lith day of FEBRU-
ARY, 1992.
