HomeMy WebLinkAbout02 16 1994 Land UseSTATE OF IDAHO County of Bannock NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO NOTICE 1S HEREBY GIVEN that the Land Use and Development Commission of the City .of Chubbuck, Idaho will conduct a public hearing at 8:00 pm, March 3, 1994, at the Chubbuck City Office, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to the following items: 1. An application by Calvary Chapel, 5147 Whitaker Road for a conditional use permit to allow a Church and allow construction of an additional building at 5147 Whitaker Road, property is zoned limited Residential (R-2). 2. An proposal by J N Y Partnership, 416 S. 41h, Pocatello, for a Change in land Use District upon requested annexation to limited residential (R-2) for approximately 22.5 acres and Commercial (C-1) for 1.8 acres. Property located West side and in the 12000 block of N. Hiline; west 1/2 of the NW 1/4 and the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of section 35., T.5S., R.34E. B.M. 3. An application by J N Y Partnership for a .review. of a preliminary plat of Homestead Estates subdivision, a subdivision located on a tract of land on the west side and in the 12000 block of N. Hiline Road. 4. An proposal by Harold L. Scalf, 5047 Elizabeth Avenue, Chubbuck for a change of land use district for Vista Park Subdivision in the westerly portion from Agricultural (A) to single family residential (R-1). Located on a tract of land North and West of Johannsen place. 5. An application by Harold L. Scalf, 5047 Elizabeth Avenue, Chub - buck for a review of preliminary plat of Vista Park subdivision, a subdivision located on a tract of land North and West of Johannsen place. Request also to vacate the northerly 117' of Johannsen Place. Property is presently zoned single family residential (R-1) and Agricultural (A). 6. Anapplication by John P. Marshall, .P.O. Box 250, Pocatello for a review of preliminary revs wt - limin LORI A SEKOT being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That she was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
