NOTICE 1S HEREBY
GIVEN that the Land
Use and Development
Commission of the City
.of Chubbuck, Idaho will
conduct a public hearing
at 8:00 pm, March 3,
1994, at the Chubbuck
City Office, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with
respect to the following
items:
1. An application by
Calvary Chapel, 5147
Whitaker Road for a
conditional use permit to
allow a Church and
allow construction of an
additional building at
5147 Whitaker Road,
property is zoned limited
Residential (R-2).
2. An proposal by J N Y
Partnership, 416 S. 41h,
Pocatello, for a Change
in land Use District upon
requested annexation to
limited residential (R-2)
for approximately 22.5
acres and Commercial
(C-1) for 1.8 acres.

Vista Park Subdivision in
the westerly portion from
Agricultural (A) to single
family residential (R-1).
Located on a tract of
land North and West of
Johannsen place.
5. An application by

Elizabeth Avenue, Chub -
buck for a review of
preliminary plat of Vista
Park subdivision, a
subdivision located on a
tract of land North and
West of Johannsen
place. Request also to
vacate the northerly 117'
of Johannsen Place.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
