HomeMy WebLinkAbout03 15 1994 Ord. 410STATE OF IDAHO County of Bannock SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE 410 An Ordinance of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, adding Chapter 10,20, "Resident only parking permit areas' to the Chubbuck Municipal Code; designating resident only parking areas on the north side of Victor Avenue lying between Teton Street and Tahoe Place, the east side of Teton Street, lying between Victor Avenue and Bonanza Avenue, the northerly and southerly side of Bonanza Avenue Tying between Teton Street and Hawthorne Road and the northerly and southerly side of West Bonanza Avenue bounded on the west by Tahoe Place and on the east by Cotant Park; providing that only residents may park in these areas between April 15 and October 31 of each year; providing for a manner by which residents may obtain a resident parking permit to be prominently displayed in the vehicle to show that they are authorized to park there; providing for visitor permit cards to be issued to residence in the area; providing a procedure for issuance of permits to residents and visitor permits; prohibiting parking in said designated areas without a permit; provid- ing that parking permits are valid for the calen- dar year of issuance; making it unlawful to falsely represent oneself as a resident to obtain a parking permit, unlawful to furnish false informa- tion and application for a resident only parking permit; providing for a procedure for revocation of a resident parking permit; providing for the repeal of prior conflicting ordinances, providing for the severability of this ordinance in the event any of its provisions are found to be invalid. I have reviewed the foregoing summary and believe that it provides a true and correct summary of Ordinance No. 410 and that the LORI A SEKOT being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That she was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
