County of Bannock NOTICE OF POBLIC HEARING CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Land Use and Development Commission of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho will conduct a public hearing at 8:00 p.m., July 7th , 1994, at the Chubbuck City Office, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to the following items: 1. A proposal by Anna Palmer, 250 Stuart, Chubbuck, Idaho for a conditional use permit to operate a home day care. Property is presently zoned Limited Residential (R-2). 2. A proposal by Richard D. Nelson, 13032 Moonglow Road for a Change in Land Use District to General Residential (R-3) for 17 cots. Property is located as an extension of Lucky Street i North; N112, N112, E 112. SW 114 NW 114, Section 3, Township 1 6 South, Range 34 East R.M. Property is presently zoned R-2 j Limited Residential. 3. An application by Richard D, Nelson, 13032 Moonglow Road for a review of a preliminary plat of Nelson Subdivision, a subdivision located North of Lucky Street. 4. An application by American Heritage Builders, P.O. Bax 2684, Pocatello, Idaho for a review of a preliminary plat of Cottage Grove, 1st Addition, a subdivision located at the north end oI Stuart Avenue. 5. An application by Jim and Renae Worthen, 730 E. Chubbuck Road for a review of a preliminary plat of Ranee Subdivision located north of 242 and 244 E. Chubbuck Road, Property is presently zoned Industrial. (1) 6. An application by Todd Gilbert & Darris Ellis, 5914 Moses, Chubbuck, for a review of a preliminary plat of Mountain Park Estates located block nine Lot 17 and Block 5 of Mountain Park Subdivision, between Hiline and Mountain Park Road. 7. A proposal by City of Chubbuck amending section 18.12020 (D) to provide that bay windows may extend into the front yard setback up to two fact. 8. A proposal by the City of Chubbuck amending section 18.20.030 to decrease the minimum area required for a plan unit development; adding section 18.20.075 to define how density is calculated in P.U. D. FURTHER NOTICE IS GIVEN that on July 12, 1994 at the hour of 7:30 p.m., in the City Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, the City Council will hold a hearing on items 2 through 8 together with the recommendations of the Land Use and Development commission on the applications. A COPY OF TH2 APPLICATIONS ARE ON FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR YOU TO REVIEW. WRITTEN TESTIMONIES AND PETITIONS MUST BE SUBMIT- TED 7 DAYS PRIOR TO HEARINGS. YOU MAY APPEAL IN WRITING THE DECISION OF THE LANC USE BOARD TO THE CITY COUNCIL WITHIN 26 DAYS OF THE LAND USE MEETING. INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR with regard to the fore going items, and at the time indicated will be given an opportu nity to be heard in support of or in opposition to the proposal.
