Summary of Ordinance No. 420 An Ordinance of the City of Chubbuck, a munici- pal corporation of the State of Idaho, amend- ing Section 18.20.030 to decrease the mini- mum area required for a planned unit develop- ment in different zones; adding Section 18.20.075 to define how density is calculat- ed in a PUD taking into account the gross area, the portions of the area set aside for nonresi- dential uses, common area and the minimum lot area per dwelling unit required by the zone in which the site is located. Adding Sec- tion 18.20.085 to pro- vide for planned unit developments that are in fill developments which are €ocated within areas already largely developed as defined by the ordinance; pro- viding for the repeal of conflicting ordinances; providing for all other provisions of Chapter 18.20 not amended shall remain in full force and effect; providing for severability of the provi- sions of this ordinance and providing this ordi- nance shall be in full force and effect after its passage, approval and publication as allowed by law. The full text of this ordi- nance is available at the City Clerk's office, Chubbuck City offices, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho. I have reviewed the fore- going summary and be- lieve it provides a true and correct summary of Ordinance No. 420 and that the summary provides adequate no- tice to the public of the contents of this ordi- nance.
