GIVEN that the City
Council will conduct a
public hearing at 7:30
p.m., September 27,
1994, at the Chubbuck 1
City Council Chambers, '
5160 Yellowstone Ave.,
Chubbuck, Idaho with
respect to the following:
1. An application by
Franklin Briscoe, 5058
Whitaker Rd. for a re-
view of a preliminary
plat of Briscoe Subdivi-
sion, Phase III, a subdi-
vision located between
5100 and 5200 Whitak-
er Rd. Property is pre-
sently zoned Limited
Residential (R-2).
2. an ordinance to
amend Section
17.12,050, to change
the fees for plat review,
and to eliminate the re-
quirement the develop-
er distribute copses of
the plat to public utili-
ties, and affected gov-
ernmental entities.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
