County of Bannock NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF CHUBBUCK Notice is hereby given that the Land Use and Development Commis- sion of the City of Chub - buck, Idaho will conduct a public hearing at 8:00 p.m., May 1, 1997 at the Chubbuck City Of- fice, 5160 Yellowstone Ave., Chubbuck, Idaho with respect to the fol- lowing item: 1. An application by L. Don Hammond, Dale Hancock and Scott Jackson of Affordable Residential Communi- ties, 555 17th Street, Suite 850, Denver Col- orado 80202 for a con- ditional use permit far a Class II Production Building Cluster Ar- rangement; a Prelimi- nary Plat and a change in Land Use District, upon requested annex- ation to R-3, General Residential.
