TION 9.32.030 TO THE
CHUBBUCK MUNICI-
PAL CODE TO PRO-
HIBIT THE USE OF
JAKE BRAKES WITHIN
THE CITY; REPEALING
PRIOR CONFLICTING
ORDINANCES; PRO-
VIDING FOR THE
SEVERABILITY OF
THE PROVISIONS OF
THIS ORDINANCE;
AND PROVIDING
WHEN THIS ORDI-
NANCE SHALL BE-
COME EFFECTIVE,

Section 1. New Section
9.32.030. 9.32.030 En-
gine Brakes, The use of
engine brakes on com-
mercial semi tractor
trucks, namely Jake
Brakes or Pao Brakes, is
prohibited within the
City.
