SUMMARY OF
ORDINANCE NO. 520
An ordinance of the City
of Chubbuck, a munici-
pal corporation of the
state of Idaho, amend-
ing Chapter 15.20 to
provide that all permits
for moving buildings
shall be issued by the
Building Official or his/
her designee rather
than the City Clerk;
shorten the time for
compliance throughout
Chapter 15.20 from
ninety (90) days to sixty
(60) days; requiring all
fees to be assessed as
reference in Table 1 A of
the 1997 Uniform Build-
ing Code or any similar
code adopted by the
City; providing for the
repeal of conflicting or-
dinances; providing that
all other provisions of
Chapter 15.20 not
amended shall remain
in full force and effect;
providing for the sever-
ability of the provisions
of this ordinance; pro-
viding that this ordi-
nance shall be in full
force and effect after its
passage, approval and
publication as allowed
by law.
