NECESSARY AND SUFFICIENT TO DEFRAY ALL EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE Ci CHUBRUCK FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGIN-
NING ON THE t T DAY OF OCTOBER, 1998, AND ENDING ON THEM DAY OF aPUMBER, 1999, AND DESIGNATING THE DIFFERENT
FUNDS TD WHICH SHALL BE DRAWN AND PAID. AND KNOW AS THE "ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE OF FISCAL YEAR 1996-9 "
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS DF SECTION 50-1003, IDAHO CODE, PROVIDING FOR THIS ORDINANCE TO TAKE EFFECT AFTER ITS
PASSAGE, APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION ACCORDING TO LAW.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT CRPAiNEO BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CNUBBUCK, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF
IDAHO AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the following funds are designated as the proper funds into which all revenues accruing to the City of Chubbuck
from all sources shall be paid during the fiscal year heginnirrg on the 1st„ day of October 1998, and ending on the 3QIh dayof Seofemher.19,99,
General Fund- Internal Central Garage, Walenvorks, Sanitation and Sewage Fund- Sewer Revenue Bond and Interest Fund. Series 10-1-
72 & 10-1-95 - Wafer Revenue Bond and Interest Fond -
Section 2: Thal the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the General Fund lar the payment of all Generel Fund
Expenses of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year:
410 General Government $ 119,788.00
422 taw Enforcemenl $ 1,557,720.00
423 Fire Coni & Prevention $ 424,439.(10
424 Building Inspection $ 111,623.00
430 Transporiaiion-Hwy, Streets and Roads $ 582,496.00

440 Chubbuck Development Authority $ 980,90.00

Section 4: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the Water Revenue Bond and Interest Fund, Series
October 1. 199 for the payment of all bands and interest due on Well y5, and Air stripping of W81I d4 of the Clly of Chubbuck during afore-
said fiscal year:
434 Water Revenue Bond & Interest Fund $187,188,00
Seciien 5: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the Sewer Revenue Bond and Interest Fund, Series 10-
1-72, for the payment of all hands and interest due on sewer system project of line City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year:
435 Sewer Revenue Bond & Interest Fund $67 500.00

Section 6: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the Special Revenue funds for the payment of special
related expenses:
Special Revenue Fund $5,000.00
