Cotant, Cary Campbell, Ron Conlin, Jerry Rowland, Kent Kearns and Larry Kohntopp. Kristi Curtis stated Bart Parrish owns the building. Mrs. Curtis said they Plan to add on 30' to 40' to the east side of the building. Design Review Committee reviewed the site plan. Kristi Curtis stated the playground area will be fenced. The building addition will trigger the Landscape Ordinance - Discussion about installing hose bibs In the front of the building. All code issues will be required to be Complied with. Design Review Committee approved the site plan presented by Kristi Curtis for Alister's Drawbridge Day Care, subJect to landscaping requirement being triggered If there is addition to existing building.
