DESIGN REVIEW SUBJECT: Site Plan for Papa Murphy's Take and Bake
Pizza.
DATE: September 30, 1997.
APPLICANT: Steve Vigliaturo
PROJECT: Papa Murphy's Take and Bake Pizza at
4842 Yellowstone Ave.
Present: Mayor John 0. Cotant, Steve Smart, Gerd Dixon, Kent
Kearns, Cary Campbell, Ron Conlin, Jim Phelps, Larry Kohntopp,
Jerry Rowland and Charlie Dickman.
Steve Vigliaturo was present to explain the site plan for Papa
Murphy's Take and Bake Pizza to be located at 4842 Yellowstone
Ave.
Mr. Vigliaturo said the building will be built for two tenants.
Mr. Vigliaturo said he is willing to share an access with the
Mall at W. Chubbuck Rd. and Yellowstone Ave.
Mr. Vigliaturo stated the completion date for the shell of the
building is January 15, 1997. He said Papa Murphy�s will do
the interior.
The building will look like the Great American Video mall to the
west.
Cary told Steve Vigliaturo a seal is required on the building.
Papa Murphy's will do no cooking, nor food preparation in the
building, if there is a change-, Papa Murphy's is required to
install grease traps.
PWD Smart stated a swale for drainage should be included in the
landscaping requirement. The landscaping requirement should be
5% of the parking lot. It was decided, the site plan does show
the 5% landscaping required.
PWD Smart stated he would like Steve Vigliaturo to work with Gerd
and Steve while installing required radius approach to
property and swale.
The project is approved sub.iect to, Mr. Vigliaturo contacting Gerd
Dixon or Steve when making the chapges on site plan, when
installing the swale for drain� ess to
property.

DESIGN REVIEW SUBJECT: Pan Fry Restaurant
DATE: September 30, 1997.
APPLICANT: Jack Lei
PROJECT: Jack Lei wants to operate Pan Fry
Restaurant at 141 E. Linden Ave.
Present: Mayor Cotant, Steve Smart, Ron Conlin, Cary Campbell,
Charlie Dickman, Gerd Dixon, Jerry Rowland, Jim Phelps,
Kent Kearns and Larry Kohntopp.
Jack Lei and Ed Lei were present to present a site plan for the
change over from Vicki's Hitchin Kitchen to Pan Fry
Restaurant at 141 E. Linden Ave.
Cary told Mr. Lei an architect seal is required because of
requested changes.
Gerd Dixon explained the requirement of 1600 gallon grease
interceptor. Mr. Lei stated they are working with the prior
owner on getting the grease interceptor installed. Mr. lei
stated they will do want is required.
Discussion about improving the landscaping requirement, the prior
owners did not do what was required. Mr. Lei was told he is
required to grass the landscaping required, also install an
automatic sprinkler system.
Lee Madden, Madden's Towing will have to arrange for a different
access than what he has been using.
The Design Review Committee approved the site plan as presented
subject to, 1) Landscaping requirement, including grass with
automatic sprinkler system. 2) Required grease interceptors
installed.

DATE: September 30., 1997.
APPLICANT: Brad Hamilton
PROJECT: Brad Hamilton wants to put his business,
Ecowater into 4751 Yellowstone Ave.
(formerly Wally's Automotive)
Present: Mayor Cotant, Steve Smart, Ron Conlin, Cary Campbell,
Charlie Dickman, Gerd Dixon, Jerry Rowland, Jim Phelps,
Kent Kearns and Larry Kohntopp.
Brad Hamilton was present to present his proposed site plan for
Ecowater at 4751 Yellowstone Ave.
Cary said Mr. Hamilton will not be required to have an architect
sea]. for this project.
Mr. Hamilton said he would like to build a facade to the fro -fit of
the building.

Discussion about window to the east., if on the property line, Mr.
Hamilton is require install a protective window or discontinue
having the window there.
Mr. Hamilton stated he would like to have a sign. Cary stated the
sign is required to be below 3' or above 10' should be behind
the curb 7 to 7 1/2 feet.
