DESIGN REVIEW SUBJECT: CONCERNING PLACEMENT OF SIGNS
DATE: FEBRUARY 10, 1998
APPLICANT: UNITED METHODIST CHURCH - LINDA FAIRCHILD.
PROJECT: SIGN PLACEMENT THROUGHOUT CITY
Present: Mayor John 0. Cotant, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steven Smart, Cary Campbell,
Eric King, Ron C. Conlin, Richard Webb, Larry Kohntopp and Gerd Dixon.
Linda Fairchild, United Methodist Church was present to present were they would like to put
2'x4' signs advising people where the United Methodist Church is. The following
locations is where they will place if okayed by property owners:
Yellowstone Ave. And Siphon Road
Siphon Road and Whitaker Road
E. Chubbuck Road and Branson
The signs will be placed where there will be no site problems.
Staff was in agreement the signs can be located at these locations, 1) If approved by
property owners. 2) There will be no traffic site problems.

ABLE TO ATTEND, PLEASE ADVISE.
