10:30 A.M., TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 24,1998 IN REGARDS TO GARY
REINKE, REINKE CONSTRUCTION, CONSTRUCTING A BUILDING AT
230 BLUEGILL.
THERE WILL BE A DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING, IF YOU WILL NOT BE
ABLE TO ATTEND, PLEASE ADVISE.

DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES
February 24, 1998
DESIGN REVIEW SUBJECT: Gary Reinke, Construction of a building at 230 Bluegill.
DATE: February 24, 1998
APPLICANT: Gary Reinke, Pocatello, Idaho.
PROJECT: Gary Reinke wants to build a storage building to store
trucks, trailers, construction equipment in the building.
Present: Mayor John 0. Cotant, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steven Smart, Cary Campbell,
Jerry Rowland, Eric King, Ron C. Conlin, Jim Phelps, Kent Kearns, and
Gerd Dixon.
Gary Reinke was present to present a proposed site plan. Mr. Reinke stated he is doing the same
as Leonard Jensen, Jensen Concrete Construction.
Mr. Reinke stated he will have the access aligned with the garage doors of the business so he can
drive straight in. P" Smart explained this would be the only access allowed now, or in
the future.
Mr. Reinke stated he is aware of Landscaping Requirements.
Design Review Committee approved the site plan subject to the following:
1. Landscaping requirement, including grass with automatic sprinkling system required to
be installed prior to June 1, 1998.
2. There will be one access only, aligned with his front garage doors.
3. Any sign installed is required to meet all sign codes.
