Present: Mayor John 0. Cotant, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Cary Campbell,
Jerry Rowland, Eric King, Ron C. Conlin, Jim Phelps, and
Gerd Dixon.
Charlie Frasure presented his site plan for parking spaces at building at 4968 Rainbow.
Mr. Frasure said there will only be two employees working at the site, however, there are several
other individuals coming and going throughout the day.
There will be parallel parking next to the building, as well as parking in the back of the building.
Discussion about width of driveways. Radius approaches will not be required.
Design Review Committee approved Charlie Frasure's site plan at 4968 Rainbow.
