Building off Clover Dale Rd.
Present: Mayor John 0. Cotant, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Cary Campbell, Jerry Rowland,
Charlie Dickman, Ron C. Conlin, Jim Phelps, Dennis Stone, Larry Kohntopp and Gerd
Dixon.
Paul Peterson presented a site plan for a building on Clover Dale Road to house Precision
Machine Shop.
After review of the site plan, Mr. Peterson was directed to prepare another site plan
which includes:
1. Landscaping requirements which includes automatic sprinkling.
14.1.W 2. Parking requirements to be on other side of building.
3. Storm water to be contained on site. Calculations on run off water.
The Design Review Committee will meet Wednesday, June 24, 1998 at 10:30 a.m. to
review revised site plan.

Present: Mayor John 0. Cotant, Cary Campbell, Ron Conlin, Larry Kohntopp and
Gerd Dixon.
Paul Peterson, owner and Ted Boothe, Wallace -Hudson and Associate presented a revised site
plan for first phase of proposed building, Precision Automotive Machine Shop on Clover
Dale Rd.
Design Review Committee discussed the following requirements, Paul Peterson was asked to
address:
I - Landscaping requirement, including automatic sprinkling system.
2. Parking requirements have been addressed.
3. Storm drainage water will be contained on site. Dry well will be installed when
needed.
Cary Campbell and Gerd Dixon stated the site plan looked good to them, all requirements have
been met.
After review, Design Review Committee approved the revised site plan as presented.
