DESIGN REVIEW SUBJECT: Building constructed at Frasure Industrial Park.

APPLICANT: Jim Thilmont
PROJECT: Building - Frasure Industrial Park
Present: Mayor John 0. Cotant, Steven Smart, Cary Campbell, Eric King, Ron C. Conlin, Jim
Phelps, Lat'ry Kohntopp and Gerd Dixon.
Gary Chisum, Pro -Builders explained the building is to be used for antique car storage.
The following was discussed and required:
I . 4' Sidewalk Requirement.
2. 10' Landscaping, with automatic sprinkling system is required.
3. Builder is not requesting an access at this time.
4. Will pay sewer capacity fee and water deposit up front.
5. On-site paving is not required until any future development is made.
6. Gate for emergency vehicle response is required.
7. Required to install an approach on Rainbow.
Gary Chisurn stated the fencing requirements are I'mished. Jim Phelps said he xili check
on.
Gary Chisum said he will take care ofthe complaints, the Cltyrecol-.ved in regards to mud
being tracked from large trucks from the property. Mr. ChIsurn stated the building N,� lil be
finished in phases.
Gerd said he has no problem with the site -plan.
Design Review Committee approved the site -plan, subject to the seven requirements
above.

that is being constructed in Frasure Industrial Park for Mr. Tilillont.
