DESIGN REVIEW SUBJECT: Replacement of covered area at McKee's Feed and Seed.
DATE: January 20h., 1999
APPLICANT: Bill McKee, 224 East Linden
PROJECT: Replace addition of Covered Area at McKee's Feed and
Seed at 130 Evans Lane.
Present: Steven Smart, Cary Campbell, Ron C. Conlin and Jim Phelps.
Tim Barbre, Barbre Construction was present with a site plan showing the replacement of the
existing covered area, plus an addition of the covered area to the south. Site Plan
attached.
Discussion about if the remodel triggers landscaping requirements. After discussion, it was
decided the landscape requirements will not be required at this time. Mr. Barbre stated
McKee's are planning on an additional building on the property at a later dated. McKee's
will be required to present a site plan to the Design Review Committee.
After review, the Design Review Committee Members present approved the site plan as
presented.
