DESIGN REVIEW SUBJECT: Auto Sales
DATE: February 9", 2000
APPLICANT: Ryan Quick, 298 Noah Street
PROJECT: Quicksilver Auto Sales, 4604 #13 Burley Drive.
Present: Mayor John 0. Cotant, Attorney Thomas Holmes, Steve Smart, Jerry Rowland, Jim
Sempek, Eric King, Ron Conlin, Jim Phelps and Larry Kohntopp.
Ryan Quick, 298 Noah Street presented a site plan of Quicksilver Auto Sales, 4604 Burley Drive
#13.
Mr. Quick said for now, he is planning on only 7 or 8 vehicles on the lot.
Mr. Quick said a sign will be installed on the front of the building. (Attached to building).
Attorney Holmes advised Mr. Quick the City has a spacing requirement between vehicles.
Mr. Quick stated he understands he cannot park vehicles for sale on City Street parking.
Larry Kohntopp said the landscaping on the property has been let go, needs to be upgraded.
Design Review Committee approved the site plan as presented with the following requirements:
1. A sign permit is required.
2. No parking of sale vehicles on City street.
3. Landscaping requirement needs to be upgraded.
4. Larry Kohntopp will get Mr. Quick a copy of code on spacing of sale vehicles.
5. All City Code requirements will be followed.

DEVELOPMENT REVIEW MEETING APPLICATION
The purpose of this application is to establish a meeting and review time with the City of
Chubbuck Development Review Team consisting of the: Building Official, City Planner,
City Engineer, Fire Marshal and other City staff as required. The Development Review
Team meets every Tuesday moming between the hours of 10:30 and 12:00 Noon
This team will work in unison, with you, to establish the criteria for your project as it
relates to the adopted ordinances of the City of Chubbuck. Keep in mind, this is an
informal review and is only conducted on submitted applications. This is a review team
not a design team. Provide (8) eight sets of drawings at least one week in advance of your
scheduled meeting. Formal reviews of I your plans or project by City staff is conducted
after formal application. Once you make your appointment and it is verified, it is very
important to keep that appointment so others can be scheduled accordingly.
