PURPOSE FOR REVIEW: Approval of Home Depot Elevations
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Steve Smart, Ray Griffin, Larry Kohntopp, Eric King and Ron
Conlin.
Robin Salagio, Home Depot presented the elevation plans.
Robin Salagio said they are in the process of a traffic study for Hawthorne Road, should be
completed by August 16`h, 2000.
Robin Salagio stated Price Development is not talking to them about the road to Hawthorne Road
from the Mall.
Mayor Cotant suggested Home Depot construct a road to the north of the existing road going to
Hawthorne Road, with a median between them. Then if it can be worked out with Price
Development there will be a shared road going in to the Mall, a median, and a road going
to Hawthorne Road. If it cannot be worked out with Price, Home Depot will have the two
way road they constructed.
Design Review Committee approved the elevation design as presented.

DEVELOPMENT REVIEW MEETING APPLICATION
The purpose of this application is to establish a meeting and review time with the City of
Chubbuck Development Review Team consisting of the: Building Official, City Planner,
City Engineer, Fire Marshal and other City staff as required. The Development Review
Team meets every Tuesday morning between the hours of 10:30 and 12:00 Noon
This team will work in unison, with you, to establish the criteria for your project as it
relates to the adopted ordinances of the City of Chubbuck. Keep in mind, this is an
informal review and is only conducted on submitted applications. This is a review team
not a design team. Provide (8) eight sets of drawings at least one week in advance of your
scheduled meeting. Formal reviews of your plans or project by City staff is conducted
after formal application. Once you make your appointment and it is verified, it is very
important to keep that appointment so others can be scheduled accordingly.
