Need to talk to City Engineer about whether or not a fire suppression line that would be tied into fire hydrant in front of building is required. Mr. Nestor asked if he can leave 30'on Bluegill without the required landscaping The following requirements were discussed: 1. Setback on Rainbow and Blue Gill fence along with 10'landscaping with automatic sprinkling system. Staff gave Mr. Nestor until May 15'h, 2001 to complete the landscaping with automatic sprinkling on Rainbow Road and approx. two year on the Blue Gill Street landscaping and automatic sprinkling. 2. Fire Department requires Knox box. Mr. Nestor said he wants one on his gate and also his building.
