November 8th 2000 Todd's Automotive & Performance, LLC PURPOSE FOR REVIEW: Conforming to off-street parking standards and storage yard fencing and screening. Present: Attorney Tom Holmes, Steve Smart, Jerry Rowland, Merlin Miller, Ray Griffin, Eric King, Ron Conlin, Jim Phelps and Larry Kohntopp. Todd Stringer, Todd's Automotive was present and stated he is moving across the street from his current location in approximately three to five months. Mr. Stringer explained his plans for the new building. Jerry Rowland told Todd Stringer he is required to move vehicles he is working on from the City Street. The vehicles should be behind a screening fence. Since Todd's Automotive will be moving from current location in the near future, maybe he should talk to Charlie Frasure about using property behind his current shop for vehicle and employee storage until he can move. Mr. Stringer was told he is required to quit cluttering up the street with customer vehicles and moved them out of sight. Todd Stringer said he will talk to Charlie Frasure about any extra ground he can use now, until he gets into his new building. Mr. Stringer was told he should take into consideration customer and employee parking in his new building plans. CITY OF CHUBBUCK� IDAHO DEVELOPMENT REVIEW MEETING APPLICATION The purpose of this application is to establish a meeting and review time with the City of Chubbuck Development Review Team consisting of the: Building Official, City Planner, City Engineer, Fire Marshal and other City staff as required. The Developmen t Review 0 Team meets every Tuesday morning between the hours of 10:30 and 12:00 Noon This team will work in unison, with you, to establish the criteria for your project as it. relates to the adopted ordinances of the City of Chubbuck. Keep in mind, this is an informal review and is only conducted on submitted applications. This is a review team not a design team. Provide (8) eight sets of drawings at least one week in advance of your scheduled meeting. Formal reviews of your plans or project by City staff is conducted after formal application. Once you make your appointment and it is verified, it is very important to keep that appointment so others can be scheduled accordingly.
