DATE: April 17'h, 2001 APPLICANT: Todd Stinger/Tom Gwinn PROJECT TITLE: Todd Automotive, 5048 Rainbow Lane, Frasure Industrial Park. Present: Mayor John 0. Cotant, Attorney Tom Holmes, Steve Smart, Jerry Rowland, Merlin Miller, Ray Griffin, Eric King, Ron Conlin, Jim Phelps and Larry Kohntopp. Tom Gwinn was present stating he is not here for an approval, but to discuss all requirements that might be required. The following was discussed: 1. 1 O'Landscaping with automatic sprinkling on both streets, (front and back). 2. Screening fence is required. 3. Black top surface. 4. Make traffic as safe as possible. 5. City will want to see a lay out of site plan showing access, etc. 6. Sign permit 7. Tree required every 50'. 8. Address on outside of business has to be clear and readable. 9. Require water supply for Fire Department. 10. Emergency vehicle access. 11. Storm Drain - on site - Required to have a water -oil separator. 12. Required to get a building permit. 13. Lighting. 14. No off street parking. THANK YOU RON CONLIN CHUBBUCK CITY CLERK CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO DESIGN REVIEW MEETING APPLICATION The purpose of this application is to establish a meeting and review time with the City of Chubbuck Design Review Team consisting of the: Mayor, Building Official, City Planner, City Engineer, Fire Marshal, Police Chief and other City staff as required. The Design Review Team meets every Tuesday morning between the hours of 10:30 and 12:00 Noon This team will work in unison, with you, to establish the criteria for your project as it relates to the adopted ordinances of the City of Chubbuck. Keep in mind, this is an informal review and is only conducted on submitted applications. This is a review team not a design team. Provide (6) six sets of drawings at least one week in advance of your scheduled meeting. Formal reviews of your plans or project by City staff is conducted after formal application. Once you make your appointment and it is verified, it is very important to keep that appointment so others can be scheduled accordingly. LIN PI DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE MINUTES April 17'h, 2001 DESIGN REVIEW SUBJECT: Chamelot Bakery DATE.- April 17fl, 2001 APPLICANT: Brian Curtis, 4950 Yellowstone Ave., Chubbuck, Idaho. PROJECT TITLE: Bakery at 4876 Yellowstone Ave. (Old Mystique Theater building). Present: Mayor John 0. Cotant, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes Steve Smart, Jerry Rowland, Ray Griffin, Merlin Miller, Eric King, Ron Conlin, Jim Phelps and Larry Kohntopp. Brian Curtis, 4950 Yellowstone Ave. presented and explained his site plan for a bakery at 4876 Yellowstone Ave. Mr. Curtis said he would like two tables in the building. Mr. Curtis said he has 5 parking places, Larry Kohntopp stated the parking places will meet the parking requirements. Mr. Curtis said he is working on the Pretreatment agreement he received from City of Pocatello. Mr. Curtis said he will get the pretreatment agreement to Larry Kohntopp when it is completed. Larry Kohntopp told Mr. Curtis he is required to have a grease interceptor in the building. Discussion landscaping facing Yellowstone Ave. Mr. Curtis stated he wants to make the landscaping nice. Merlin Miller told Mr. Curtis he is required to have a K Fire Extinguisher in the kitchen. Building Inspector Ray Griffin advised Mr. Curtis he is required to get a building permit. After discussion the Design Review Committee approved the site plan, subject to the following being completed, prior to getting a business license: 1. Five parking spaces. 2. Pretreatment agreement application completed and returned to Larry Kohntopp. 3. 1 O'Landscaping requirement with automatic sprinkling system. 4. K Fire Extinguisher required in kitchen. 5. Fire Department will work with Mr. Curtis showing him where to place the fire extinguishers. 6. Building permit required. 7. Business License issued after all requirements are completed.
