LOCATION: SW comer of Industry Way and Southside Way. PURPOSE OF REVIEW: Site plan approval. Present: Mayor John 0. Cotant, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steve Smart, Ray Griffin, Eric King, Ron Conlin, Jim Phelps, Merlin Miller and Larry Kohntopp. Doug Sayer, Premier Technology, Inc. and Dan Knoll, Architect were present to present the site plan. Doug Sayer said the building will be a rental building for storage, etc. Doug Sayer said the fence will be moved approx. 15'. The site plan was reviewed by Design Review Committee. Water and sewer will come from Industry Way. Doug Sayer stated there will be six different addresses on the buildings. The following was discussed and required as a condition of approval of the site plan: 1. Type 5 fire sprinkler system will be installed. 2. Fire hydrant installation. 3. Required to meet storm water retention requirements. 4. Required to contact Sean Harris, City Engineer about street approach off Industry Way. 5. 10' Landscaping requirement with automatic sprinkling system. Design Review Committee approved the site plan subject to above requirements. IM S 9 CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO DESIGN REVIEW MEETING APPLICATION The purpose of this application is to establish a meeting and review time with the City of Chubbuck Design Review Team consisting of the: Mayor, Building Official, City Planner, City Engineer, Fire Marshal, Police Chief and other City staff as required. The Design Review Team meets every Tuesday morning between the hours of 10:30 and 12:00 Noon. This team will work in unison, with you, to establish the criteria for your project as it relates to the adopted ordinances of the City of Chubbuck. Keep in mind, this is an informal review and is only conducted on submitted applications. This is a review team not a design team. Provide (6) six sets of drawings at least eight days in advance of your scheduled meeting. Formal reviews of your plans or project by City staff is conducted after formal application. Once you make your appointment and it is verified, it is very important to keep that appointment so others can be scheduled accordingly.
