Site Plan Approval Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Attorney Tom Holmes, Steve Smart, Merlin Miller, Richard Webb, Ray Griffin, Charlie Dickman, Ron Conlin, Jim Phelps and Larry Kohntopp. Pro -Builders Representative presented the site plan. Representative stated there will only be 4 or 5 vehicles loading for delivery every day. There will be no retail at the store. Representative stated they would like to start as soon as possible. The site plan was approved subject to the following requirements: 1. Required to have a grease interceptor. 2. Landscaping with automatic sprinkling. 3. Required to take care of all storm water drainage on property. 4. Knox box required. 5. Fire Department request address to be clear on the building. 6. Fire Department requires an 8 1/2" x 11" floor plan. CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO DESIGN REVIEW MEETING APPLICATION The purpose of this application is to establish a meeting and review time with the City of Chubbuck Design Review Team consisting of the: Mayor, Building Official, City Planner, City Engineer, Fire Marshal, Police Chief and other City staff as required. The Design Review Team meets every Tuesday morning between the hours of 10:30 and 12:00 Noon. This team will work in unison, with you, to establish the criteria for your project as it relates to the adopted ordinances of the City of Chubbuck. Keep in mind, this is an informal review and is only conducted on submitted applications. This is a review team not a design team. Provide (6) six sets of drawings at least eight days in advance of your scheduled meeting. Formal reviews of your plans or project by City staff is conducted after formal application. Once you make your appointment and it is verified, it is very important to keep that appointment so others can be scheduled accordingly.
