Siphon Road. Gate City Christian Church - Temporary production building for classroom. 202 W. Siphon Road Approve the temporary structure according to Ordinance #577. Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steve Smart, Ray Griffin, Eric King, Ron Conlin, Jim Phelps and Larry Kohntopp. Pastor John Robinson, Gate City Christian Church stated the church would like to add a temporary classroom to the north side of their existing building at 202 W. Siphon Road. Larry Kohntopp stated a temporary permit can be issued for a maximum of 3 years. After discussion, Design Review Committee approved a temporary classroom to the north side of their existing building subject to: 1. Pastor Robinson working with Fire Marshal to comply with all Fire Codes. 2. Pastor Robinson working with Building Inspector Ray Griffin on the moving of the temporary building. CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO DESIGN REVIEW MEETING APPLICATION The purpose of this application is to establish a meeting and review time with the City of Chubbuck Design Review Team consisting of the: Mayor, Building Official, City Planner, City Engineer, Fire Marshal, Police Chief and other City staff as required. The Design Review Team meets every Tuesday morning between the hours of 10:30 and 12:00 Noon. This team will work in unison, with you, to establish the criteria for your project as it relates to the adopted ordinances of the City of Chubbuck. Keep in mind, this is an informal review and is only conducted on submitted applications. This is a review team not a design team. Provide (6) six sets of drawings at least eight days in advance of your scheduled meeting. Formal reviews of your plans or project by City staff is conducted after formal application. Once you make your appointment and it is verified, it is very important to keep that appointment so others can be scheduled accordingly. Office Complex 4640 Hawthorne Road. Site Plan Approval Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steve Smart, Ray Griffin, Eric King, Ron Conlin, Jim Phelps and Larry Kohntopp. David Orthel, Allstate his. Company presented the site plan for a proposed office complex at 4640 Hawthorne Road. This property was formerly owned by Becky Robinson. Mr. Orthel explained the building will face the building to the north which was approved at the April 1 st, 2003 Design Review Meeting. Discussion about entering into a development agreement with the City regarding the property to the north, when and if it is sold. If applicable the property to the north, 4660 Hawthorne will share an access with 4640 and 4650 Hawthorne. After discussion, Design Review Committee approved the site plan as presented, subject to the following conditions: 1. Required to enter into a development agreement with the City. 2. 20' cross access driveway will be included in the development agreement. 3. Shared access with 4650 Hawthorne property. 4. Address is required to be visible from the street. 5. 10' landscaping with automatic sprinkler system.
