Site Plan Approval. Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steve Smart, Ray Griffin, Eric King, Steve Smart, Larry Kohntopp and Ron Conlin. Bruce Shiveley, Fazoli's Restaurant was present to present his site plan for Fazoli's Restaurant to be located north of Wal Greens Site. Mr. Shiveley said he is ready to go as soon as he can get approval and the plans back to BI Ray Griffin. Bruce Shiveley asked if a 1000 gallon grease interceptor would work because they are using no oil in the building. Steve Smart asked Mr. Shiveley to bring the specifications of the 1000 gallon grease interceptor for review before approval is given. It was stated the City of Pocatello is strict on requiring the 1500 grease interceptor. Design Review Committee reviewed the proposed site plan and approved with the following conditions: 1. Landscaping with automatic sprinkler system. 2. Visible address facing Yellowstone Ave. 3. Required to have a knox box. 4. Required to have a 1500 gallon grease interceptor. CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO DESIGN REVIEW MEETING APPLICATION The purpose of this application is to establish a meeting and review time with the City of Chubbuck Design Review Team consisting of the Mayor, Building Official, City Planner, City Engineer, Fire Marshal, Police Chief and other City staff as required. The Design Review Team meets every Tuesday morning between the hours of 10:30 and 11:30 AM. This team will work in unison, with you, to establish the criteria for your project as it relates to the adopted ordinances of the City of Chubbuck. Keep in mind, this is an informal review and is only conducted on submitted applications. This is a review team not a design team. Provide (10) ten sets of drawings, (S 1/2 X 11), at least eight days in advance of your scheduled meeting. Formal review of your plans or project by City Staff is conducted after formal application. Once you schedule your Design Review, it is very important to keep that appointment so others can be scheduled accordingly.
