Request for 8' fence on approx. 150' of his property.

Site plan for 8' fence.
Present: Mayor John 0. Cotant, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steve Smart, Ray Griffin, Eric
King, Larry Kohntopp, Randy Severe, Jean Higgins and Ron Conlin.
Joe Worrell, 4849 Johannsen was present to present why and where he wanted to install an 8'
cement fence on a portion of his property at 4849 Johannsen.
Mr. Worrell stated the reasons he wants an 8' fence:
1. Privacy
2. Unsightly yard to the south.
3. Noise protection from Chubbuck Road.
Mr. Worrell said he would slope the 8' fence to 3' as required 15'before the sidewalk.
Ranae Worthen, 730 E. Chubbuck Road was present, she owns the property directly affected by
the 8' fence. Mrs. Worthen stated she would not object to the 8' foot fence Mr. Worrell
wants to install.
Joe Worrell was directed to contact his neighbor, (Porters) for their approval and bring in to
Larry Kohntopp something in writing stating they will not object to the 8' cement fence.
