Present: Mayor John 0. Cotant, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Larry Kohntopp, Jean Higgins, Randy Severe, Ron Conlin, Ray Griffin, Merlin Miller and Eric King. Dane was presented to explain some remodeling and landscaping revising Burger King is doing. Burger King representatives started the remodel without approval from the Chubbuck Building Department. Dane stated they are removing 16 trees and planting 10 trees to replace. Larry Kohntopp told Dane there is a tree list that needs to be followed. Dane was told Burger King is required to retain stormwater on site. Burger King storm water cannot run into City Street. Larry Kohntopp to go to site and advise what Burger King needs to do. After discussion, the site plan was approved subject to the following conditions: Follow the City of Chubbuck's Tree List. 2. Retain stormwater on their site. 3. Idaho Central Credit Union Administrative Facilities. Burley Drive PURPOSE OF REVIEW: Site Plan Approval. Present: Mayor John 0. Cotant, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Larry Kohntopp, Jean Higgins, Randy Severe, Ron Conlin, Ray Griffin and Eric King. Chris Hyer, Idaho Central Credit Union was present to present a proposed addition to their administrative facility on Burley Drive. Mr. Hyer also showed a long range plan for their administrative facility. Mr. Hyer stated the proposed building will be four stories tall. Eric King expressed concern about the need of a ladder truck for a building that tall. 1-� Mr. Hyer said the project is planned to be completed 2006. Mr. Hyer proposes to abandon East Burnside Ave. His plan show two cul de sacs, one on Burley and one on Burnside Ave. Discussion about where the Simplot slurry line is. Mr. Hyer suggested Evans Lane be extended with a street light at Yellowstone Ave and Evans Lane. Staff felt the plan looked good, Mr. Hyer will present the proposed plan to the Chubbuck City Council at tonight's Council Meeting.
