Larry Kohntopp asked where are we on the Park Fee Impact Study. Staff will talk to Attorney Holmes. Jean Higgins stated Tom Williams is working for the Chubbuck Police Department and found a semi -truck leaking a raw product of some king. The truck has numerous violations. Discussion about 4 -wheelers creating dust and noise on vacant lands in the City. Mayor Cotant reported a site triangle vision problem at W. Chubbuck and Philbin Roads caused by political signs. Reed and Michelle Ashby presented a site plan for consideration of a twin home on a narrow Crestfield Subdivision Lot. Discussion about how sewer and water will hookup. Sewer is okay, there are water connection concerns. Staff determined that the building be sited on the lot such that the westerly set back would be 14 ft and called side yard. The easterly setback would be 20 feet and called the rear yard. The northerly and southerly setbacks would be called front yards and be at least their minimums as provided in City Code. Ray Griffin said he will go to the site and measure the lot and advise Mr. Ashby what he can do. Design Review S.O.S. Present: Mayor John Cdtant, Steve Smart, Eric King, Merlin Miller, Randy Severe, Ray Griffin, Attorney Tom Holm es. and Myrna Crapo. Carleen Roberts and Sally Normond came to discuss a temporary business location at RV Service and Supply building on Yellowstone. They operate SOS Transportation. Their business is to transport Medicaid Clients to appointments. They have a need for a space to store a few vehicles that is a secure location and an office to hold a meeting in once a month. They wanted to rent the back part of the RV Building. Their drivers would leave their personal cars there and take the company vehicle. They have 4 or 5 cars right now. Hopefully they will only have to rent the space for three months until they can locate a permanent building. They don't plan on using the shop facility. City Staff. Before they move in they have to have the code violations corrected; and purchase a Chubbuck business license. They can not use the stove. With those conditions being met they have approval from the city to move in.
