PURPOSE OF REVIEW: Site Plan Approval
Present: Merlin Miller, Eric King, Steve Smart, Ray Griffin, Tom Holmes, Mayor John Cotant,
Larry Kohntopp, Jean Higgins, Randy Severe, Myrna Crapo.
Sid Crookston, and Jason Lyle: They want to build one of three buildings. The first one built
will be closest to Yellowstone.
Issues:
1. Afton street going through North -south with a 50 foot easement set aside. Two forty foot
street type joint use approaches. Eliminate the other two end approaches Two shared approaches
were agreed upon. They will be 40 foot approaches.
2. We need to preserve the Afton Street corridor.
3. Each building needs a knox box.
4. Storm water retention on the front landscape strip.
5. Each building with a separate address
