Holmes, Larry Kohntopp, Jean Higgins, Randy Severe, Merlin Miller and Ron Conlin. Mike and Brandi Gilea presented a revised site plan. The revised plan shows two accesses on Clover Dell Road. Steve Smart explained the City's access management plan. Larry Kohntopp told Mr. Gilea he is required to have a street type approach. Discussion about ways to have one access onto Clover Dell Road. Discussion about 10' landscaping requirement. After discussion, Design Review Committee asked Mike and Brandi Gilea to present a site plan that has only one access onto Clover Dell Road and present at the June 28"', 2005 Design Review Meeting. Chubbuck Road PURPOSE OF REVIEW: Site Plan approval. Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Lary Kohntopp, Jean Higgins, Rob Ray, Randy Severe, Merlin Miller, Ray Griffin, Eric King and Ron Conlin. Mike Gilea presented a 3`d option revised site plan for an Ice Cream/Coffee Shop at 244 E. Chubbuck Road. Mr. Gilea asked that the 10' landscaping requirement be relaxed to T., this would help the drive through. Steve Smart explained what is required on the approach from Clover Dell Road. After discussion, it was decided the Design Review Committee will approve the general site plan, but asked Mr. Gilea to get an architect or engineer to prepare a professional site plan that will show the City exactly what it will take for the drive through. Mr. Gilea was directed to present the site plan to the building department and Ray Griffin will bring it back to Design Review for final approval. CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO DESIGN REVIEW MEETING APPLICATION The purpose of this application is to establish a meeting and review time with the City of Chubbuck Design Review Team consisting of the Mayor, Building Official, City Planner, City Engineer, Fire Marshal, Police Chief and other City staff as required. The Design Review Team meets every Tuesday morning between the hours of 10:30 and 11:30 AM. This team will work in unison, with you, to establish the criteria for your project as it relates to the adopted ordinances of the City of Chubbuck. Keep in mind, this is an informal review and is only conducted on submitted applications. This is a review team not a design team. Provide (10) ten sets of drawings, (8 1/2 X 11), at least eight days in advance of your scheduled meeting. Formal review of your plans or project by City Staff is conducted after formal application. Once you schedule your Design Review, it is very important to keep that appointment so others can be scheduled accordingly.
