Site Plan Approval. Present: Mayor Steven M. England, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steve Smart, Larry Kohntopp, Ron Conlin, Randy Severe, Ray Griffin, Eric King and Merlin Miller. Gary Ratliff, Joel Dixon and Mitch Greer were present to present Gary Ratliff s proposed site plan. Mr. Ratliff stated there will be heat & lights at each unit. Gary Ratliff stated there cannot be store front businesses. Mr. Ratliff stated there a Restrictive Covenants for the proposed Development. Mr, Ratliff stated there will be a Club House and a RV Dump. Design Review Committee approved the site plan with the following conditions: There will be no chemical processing in the buildings. 2. Dumpsters are required to comply with City Code. 3. Required to have clear addresses on the buildings. Okay to use Suite #. 4. Required to have professional engineer's stamp on plans submitted. 5. Storm water drainage is required to be on site. City Engineer is requiring a design report on the storm water drainage proposal. 6. 10' Landscaping with automatic sprinkling will continue on the property. 7. Fire Department asked that gas meters be protected. 8. Fire Department will get required fire hydrant locations to Gary Ratliff. CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO DESIGN REVIEW MEETING APPLICATION The purpose of this application is to establish a meeting and review time with the City of Chubbuck Design Review Team consisting of the Mayor, Building Official, City Planner, City Engineer, Fire Marshal, Police Chief and other City staff as required. The Design Review Team meets every Tuesday morning between the hours of 10:30 and 11:30 AM. This team will work in unison, with you, to establish the criteria for your project as it relates to the adopted ordinances of the City of Chubbuck. Keep in mind, this is an informal review and is only conducted on Submitted applications. This is a review team not a design team. Provide (10) ten sets of drawings, (8 1/2 X 11), at least eight days in advance of your scheduled meeting. Formal review of your plans or project by City Staff is conducted after formal application. Once you schedule your Design Review, it is very important to keep that appointment so others can be scheduled accordingly.
