LOCATION: Frasure Industrial Park, Lot #7, Block 1. PURPOSE OF REVIEW: Site Plan Approval. Present: Mayor Steven M. England, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steve Smart, Larry Kohntopp, Ron Conlin, Randy Severe, Ray Griffin, Merlin Miller and Eric King. Leonard Jensen presented the site plan. Leonard Jensen stated the building is the same design as the existing building. There are 3 offices and a reception area. Mr. Jensen stated there will be fencing around the property, except for the front of building. Okay to use one dumpster pad for both buildings. Design Review Committee approved the site plan as presented subject to; 1. 10'landscaping, with automatic sprinkling system. 2. All storm water drainage is to be retained on site. 3. Clear address on building. 4. Required to have one knox box for both buildings as is, if one of the buildings is sold and become separate, there will be a knox box on each building. The Desi2n Review Team meets every Tuesday morning between the hours of 10:30 and T1:30 AM. I I C This team will work in unison, with you, to establish the criteria for your project as it relates to the adopted ordinances of the City of Chubbuck. Keep in mind, this is an informal review and is only conducted on Submitted applications. This is a review team not a design team. Provide (10) ten sets of drawings, (8 1/2 X 11), at least eight days in advance of your scheduled meeting. Formal review of your plans or project by City Staff is conducted after formal application. Once you schedule your Design Review, it is very important to keep that appointment so others can be scheduled accordingly.
