APPLICANT: Clayton Armstrong
PROJECT TITLE: White Tip Archery
LOCATION: Tailwind Subdivision, Lot 6.
PURPOSE OF REVIEW: Site Plan Review.
Present: Mayor Steven M. England, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steven M. Smart, Larry
Kohntopp, Ron C. Conlin, Randy Severe, Ray Griffin, Merlin Miller and Eric King.
Tadd Roubidoux, 4620 Teton presented the site plan for Clayton Armstrong. Mr. Armstrong
wants to build a building on Lot 6 to lease for an archery business. Mr. Armstrong wants
to start as soon as possible.
Design Review Committee approved with following conditions:
1. All weather surface road.
2. The required water sewer supply as per code.
3. Required to apply for a Chubbuck Business License.
4. Required to meet City Code on access.
5. 10' Landscaping with automatic sprinkling, will work with Larry Kohntopp.
6. Storm water drainage is required to be on site. Will work with City Engineer Sean
Harris.
7. If they install a sign it is to be approved by Building Department.
8. Mr. Roubidoux stated he will prepare for a separator, so if the building is used for
another business in the future. At this time they will not need the separator.
9. Swale with ribbon curb, including sidewalk.
10. Lighting is required to be installed so as to be shielded on property as much as
possible.
11. Knox box is required.
12. Required to have a clear address on front of building.
13. Mr. Roubidoux was told the owner is required to notify the City if there is a new
business.
14. If a dumpster is required, there needs to be a dumpster pad enclosed on three sides.
15. Mr. Roubidoux stated he will present building plans to the Building Department.
16. Road is required to be installed prior to approval, with exception of foundation.
