Design Review
Subject: Common Cents Landscape
Common Cents removed the planter boxes on the sides of there building today. I stopped
and spoke with the person cleaning up the mess and reminded them that the Landscaping was a
required condition for the Occupancy permit. He said the project supervisor was out of state
this week but they thought he was aware of this requirements and had some options to replace
what was removed. I told him he would need to get approval from the Design Review committee
on anything that were planning on installlng. I referred him to planning and zoning to
schedule this. NOTE: When the were replacing the cabinets on the interior wall behind the
old planters the found mold and other stuff growing inside. So they cleaned the studs,
replaced the insulation and re sheetrocked in these areas.
When I first spoke with the gentleman about this remodel project I told him that they would
need to maintain the existing landscape or obtain approval for any modification. If any one
notices any landscaping "pots, barrels" moved in please let me know.
