PROJECT TITLE: Storage sheds LOCATION: 4660 Burley Drive PURPOSE OF REVIEW: Additional storage sheds. Present: Mayor Steven M. England, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steven M. Smart, Paul Andrus, Ron C. Conlin, Randy Severe, Ray Griffin, Eric King, Merlin Miller and Andy Despain. Gary Ratliff was present to present a site plan for additional storage sheds at 4660 Burley Drive. Gary Ratliff stated it is fenced. The proposed site plan was approved, subject to the following: 1. 10' landscaping with automatic sprinkling, along with trees planted that is on approved tree list. 2. Mr. Ratliff stated he is shifting the storm water collected on the street to the east. Steve Smart stated the City is addressing the storm water problem. 3. Exterior lighting is required to stay on Mr. Ratliff s property. 4. Fire Chief King stated the Fire Department will need an code for access. Gary Ratliff said okay. 5. Mr. Ratliff stated he will not have a dumpster.
