D. REASONS FOR ACTION TAKEN:
The undeveloped lot which lips between the littlptree Dan and
Yellowstone Avenue had been full of weeds and an eyesore for
several years. Landscaping and grassing lot would no doubt
improve business for Littletree and improve general appearance
of property. City ordinance requires that lots are kept clean weeds.
