The above motion is taken for the following reasons : Land use
district applied to tract is consistent with the comprehensive plan and
proposed development is consistent with the Land Use and Land Development
ordinances. Teh development would cause a sufficient impact on city services
to require a contribution to potential capital improvements needed. No adverse
public comment received.

action by the Council :
