CALL TO ORDER by Mayor England

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Council Minutes of May 6, 2015 and Council Minutes of May 20, 2015.
Councilmember Ellis moved to approve the minutes as presented. Councilmember Morrison
seconded. Roll call vote: Ellis -yes, Lewis -yes, Morrison -yes, Marshall -yes.
GENERAL BUSINESS:
1. Approval of Shops at Pine Ridge Short Plat.
Steve asked about the radius curb on the Poleline and Quinn corner. Brady Smith explained that
the curb was there and the right of way was included in the plat. Councilmember Marshall
moved to approve Shops at Pine Ridge Short Plat. Councilmember Lewis seconded. Roll call
vote: Ellis -yes, Lewis -yes, Morrison -yes, Marshall -yes.
2. Approval of firework permits for 2015.
Rich presented the permits to the council. There were six. These are the same six we have had
for the past several years. Councilmember Ellis moved to approve the permits conditional on the
Fire Departments final inspection. Councilmember Marshall seconded. Roll call vote: Ellis -
yes, Lewis -yes, Morrison -yes, Marshall -yes.
3. Review of Whitaker Road bids / Acceptance of lowest bid.
Steve presented the bids to the Council. Depatco from St. Anthony was the lowest bidder at
$820,284.75. Councilmember Ellis moved to authorize the Mayor to enter into contract with
Depatco for the reconstruction of Whitaker Road. Councilmember Marshall seconded. Roll call
ote: Ellis -yes, Lewis -yes, Morrison -yes, Marshall -yes.
4. Second Reading of Water Code Ordinance. Tom Holmes read the water ordinance for the
second time.
5. Second Reading of Speed Limit Ordinance. Tom Holmes read the speed limit ordinance for
the second time.
CLAIMS: Computer printout claims for June 3, 2015 as presented to Mayor England and Council.
Councilmember Ellis moved to approve the claims. Councilmember Morrison seconded. Roll
call vote: Ellis -yes, Lewis -yes, Morrison -yes, Marshall -yes.
