CITY OF CHUBBUCK
COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
February 18, 2015
6:00 pm
Mayor England called the meeting to order at 6pm.
Aaron Hyde from Troop 338 lead the pledge of allegiance.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Councilmember Lewis moved to approve the regular meeting minutes of February 4, 2015 and
the study session minutes of February 11, 2015. Councilmember Morrison seconded. Roll call
vote: Ellis -yes, Lewis -yes, Morrison -yes, Marshall -yes.
PUBLIC HEARING:
A plat, prepared by Dioptra for the application by Idaho Central Credit Union, 4400 Central
Way, Chubbuck, ID 83202 for Idaho Central Complex Preliminary Plat was explained by Steve
Smart.
Mayor England opened the public hearing.
Lori Hyde, 248 James, ask for clarification on the property boundaries. Steve explained the
property boundaries to Ms. Hyde.
Mayor England closed the public hearing.
GENERAL BUSINESS:
The Mayor asked for additional comments from the council. Councilmember Ellis commented
on how fortunate the City of Chubbuck is to have the credit union doing business in Chubbuck.
Councilmember Ellis moved to approve the Idaho Central Complex Preliminary Plat.
Councilmember Marshall seconded. Roll call vote: Ellis -yes, Lewis -yes, Morrison -yes,
Marshall -yes.
CLAIMS:
Computer printout claims for February 18, 2015 as presented to Mayor England and Council.
Councilmember Morrison moved to approve the claims as presented. Councilmember Ellis
seconded. Roll call vote: Ellis -yes, Lewis -yes, Morrison -yes, Marshall -yes.
ADJOURN:
Mayor England adjourned the meeting at 6:12pm
