April 15th, 2003

Intermountain Self Storage, Commercial Building

Site Plan Review.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steve Smart, Richard Webb, Merlin
Miller, Ray Griffin, Eric King, Ron Conlin, Larry Kohntopp and Jason Mendenhall.
Gary Ratliffwas present to present the extension of Intermountain Self Storage site plan.
Mr. Ratliff said the paving and landscaping required for the storage sheds there now will be
completed soon.
Fire Marshal Merlin Miller stated the fire hydrants are placed as required.
After discussion, Design Review Committee approved the site plan as presented subject to:
1. 12' gate is required between Lots 2 & 3.
2. Complying with required parking Code.
3. 10' Landscaping with automatic sprinkling system.
4. Clear address on the building.
5. Mr.. Ratliff is required to meet with City Engineer Sean Harris about complying with
City Code for water retention on Lot 1.
