Larger Sign
Subway Sandwich Shop has submitted a request for approval of a sign according
to the drawing attached.
This is before Design Review pursuant to 15.24.020(B)(6) of the Chubbuck
Municipal Code which requires that all permanent signs in commercial and industrial
land use districts are subject to Design Review.
The size of the sign is within the limitations set by Chubbuck Code and other fast
food areas within the immediate location have signs of a similar height and type.
The following decision was reached by the Design Review Committee:
A. A sign for the Subway Sandwich Shop constructed according to the drawing
attached to these minutes is approved.
